RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:

• items must be unworn
• unused
• in original condition
• with original packaging included

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

• made-to-order products
• personalized items
• final sale items

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within several business days.

If you require a different size or replacement item, please contact us before initiating a return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• photos of the issue
• a brief description
